He left the group due to false accusation (you may know han seo hee, she made a lot of false accusation in the industry). He is now under a subsidiary of Starship Entertainment ! 2019/2020 was really a hard time for mx and monbebe (mx fandom), the guys went through a lot, (joohoney went on hiatus for his mental health). But now they are more at peace, they all renewed their contract (I.M went to Sony but he's still in mx). Shownu went to the military, that's why they are 5 in Rush hour and Beautiful liar (One day was shoot before Rush Hour but released after as a pre-released for their english album). He's back since april 2023 ! For One Day, Hyungwon had covid so his scenes were shot after the others, that's why there are sometimes only 5 members :) Currently Minhuyk, Joohoney and Kihyun are in the military, Hyungwon should go soon and we don't know for I.M You should check out their solo work, it's reaaaally diverse (Ongshimi for Minhyuk, Youth for Kihyun, Freedom for Joohoney, Overdrive for I.M, Love me a little for Shownu x Hyungwon) For group work, i would recommend: LOVE, Gambler, You Problem, Jealousy, Kiss or Death, Middle of the night

So so far you pointed out wonho, jooheon, I.M, kihyun our main vocalist and in beautiful liar you pointed out hyungwon who is my ult bias. I’m so glad that they recommended songs that had seven of our guys and then six then to five so you can get pretty much all. And yes we still love wonho no matter what. He has an amazing solo career and his music is amazing. No matter what we will love him til the end. Also ateez jongho is a huge monsta x fan they are probably his ult group lol aside from his own. And suga of bts is really good friends with kihyun. And seventeen is actually the best friends to monsta x. The fans even married the two light sticks lol that’s how close seventeen and monsta x are. Together they are called monteen. Okay now in one day there was all six but in the group shot there was five because hyungwon is an actor and he had a lead role in a kdrama at the time and on the set there was Covid so he had to quarantine. So he did his shoots for the mv by himself so you won’t see him in the group shot. Jooheon and IM are our rapper maknae line. IM is the youngest. And in some of these videos shownu our leader was in the military he’s out now which is why we have the unit shownuxHyungwon or us fans call them XXL. monsta x is known as the man group. They are a bunch of men. And known for there loud music. For me monsta x, ateez and stray kids fall in that category. Also Chan of stray kids loves monsta x also he used to live with shonwu. Now most of monsta x are in the military. Shownu already served and hyungwon and IM are the next to go in. Minhyuk jooheon and kihyun are all in together right now. Most title tracks are the louder songs. But the b sides are chefs kiss. That’s where the gold is at. Is with b sides. Hyungwon jooheon and IM are also the primary song writers of monsta x also. And they are one of the most chaotic groups ever lol. They also don’t judge either. They are very selfless they don’t care what you like who your favorite group is along as you like someone lol. But funny thing is within the members if you don’t pay attention to them (looking at you jooheon) they will sulk lol 😂 but they are funny with how they do it lol. And they are a beast live also. Since you like the rap line you should check out there song together Sambakja. And they have solo work also. Jooheon has solo work IM has solo work (he’s no longer with starship but was allowed to stay and live with the group and do group activities) and kihyun has two solo albums. And ofcourse shownu and hyungwon came out with there unit album the unseen. Minhyuk has a solo song also. The main dancers are shownu and hyungwon. Kihyun is our main vocalist. And they have a huge love for monbebe (monsta x fans). I really do hope you keep going with monsta x. I guarantee you will find the sound you like from them. They do it all.

Their leader Shownu, the first guy you pointed out, went into the military right after Gambler, the song released in between Love Killa and Rush Hour. (Gambler and rush hour are connected). He came back a few months ago, and his unit with Hyungwon is his first comeback since. Right now members Minhyuk and Joohoney are enlisted. I.M and Joohoney are known as on of the best rap duos in the industry. A few more fun facts: Seventeen and Monsta X are best friends, and Carats and Monbebes are known as sister fandoms because they're like one big support system for both groups. If someone's a carat they're most likely a monbebe, and vice versa. They debuted 2 weeks apart, MX on may 14th and SVT on may 26th. They got close through overlapping schedules. The videos of them being hype during each others award show performances warms my CaratBebe heart. Hoshi is called the Joohoney of SVT because they have the same chaotic energy. Jongho of Ateez and Yongha of WEi (we-i) are huge monbebes, and both are very vocal about it.

Yesss I've been to so many concerts but monsta x's was literally the best one I've ever been to and I've seen my ults (ateez) live three times I've been following Monsta X since 2015 and they're just amazing, they have amazing variety in their music! Some of my fave b-sides are Livin' It Up, Wildlife, Mercy, Rotate, and so much more!! If you're wanting more chill & vocal heavy songs, I highly recommend their two English albums All About Luv & The Dreaming! The Dreaming and Someone's Someone always makes me cry

monstax title tracks are mostly hyped but there are a variety in the songs of the albums so i hope u can explore them one day too

I hope you react to more Monsta X! They really have it all. Top tier in singing, dancing, and rapping! Plus, they're so chaotic and so fun to watch on variety shows. They get ignored by the kpop community a lot (the fans, not the idols), but they are truly amazing. They've always been good with focusing equally on rapping and vocals in their songs, but their music has evolved over the years as they've found themselves and their sound even more. Also, I think you said something about them not having a lot of dancing, but they do. Trust me, just look up their dance practices. Also, yes the videos with only five members (Rush Hour and Beautiful Liar) were that way because Shownu (the leader) was in the military. 3 out of the 6 are now enlisted, with one more about to do so as well, but that gives you some time to catch up on all the awesome content they have out! 💖 Oh and if you love One Day, you should check out their songs "Someone's Someone" and "The Dreaming." They're both English songs, and they are BEAUTIFUL. They might make you tear up, but I think you'd like them!

All Monsta X have good vocals. In fact Jooheon/Joohoney has AMAZING vocals. I would say everyone in this group is part of the vocal line. 😂 I guess I recommend you check out the English albums so that you can get more familiar with their vocals. They English albums are all vocal driven and dont have rap parts, except for maybe a collab they did with pitpubll in the 1st album. Also you will notice that ALL ABOUT LUV was released in February 14 2020 so after Wonho left. But because MX loves and still support their former member, they never removed his vocals from any song. Even as a new Monbebe i have grown to love Wonho and respect their different careers, so dont worry too much about falling for either or. I fell for both hahaha love their music and in my heart they will always come in a package.

Technically the order is correct, The Dreaming was released right after No Limit which was like 2 months apart. their title tracks are usually hard hitting because they're known for that kind of songs, but the goldmine is in their B-sides. people who judge monsta x for just their title tracks are missing out, just saying. :)

Unfortunately there was a nasty smear campaign against MX and Wonho had false accusations levied against him (mj usage) and left the group to protect the other members. After he was declared innocent he resigned under a starship subsidiary highline ent and is having a successful solo career too. If you’re interested in checking out Wonho I suggest Open Mind! MX title tracks are usually hard hitting, but they are very versatile, esp bsides are many different genres. Thank you so much for reacting to MX, I’m an old woman and I like k-pop 😅 I stand different groups like EXO (love this group), Straykids, BTS, The Rose (this is a band and they’re sooo good, hope you can check them out some day and EXO too) etc.. but Monsta X has something special it’s by far my favorite group, I love they hit different genres, the rap line is insane ( love Joohony) and the vocals are amazing ( Kihyun omg!! 😱 love his voice) but also I love that they are men, they have several songs where the lyrics mmm let’s say it’s not for children 😳🥵😅. Omg yesss I always love it when someone's discovering monsta x and loving them eventually 💕 Alright allow me to give some explanation ... hahaha 1. Wonho was the one wearing lip-ear piercing. 2. Fantasia was actually their first Korean comeback without Wonho. "Follow" was the last one with him. Follow came out exactly before Fantasia. 3. Rush Hour was their first Korean comeback without Shownu, the leader, cause he was already in the military at that time. 4. One day was recorded before Shownu enlisted, unlike Rush Hour which was shot after. I think, if I'm not mistaken, the date on the video was the date when the MV was shot or finalized, not the date of release. So, they were alr in the right order. In One Day, 5 members appeared in one frame except Hyungwon. But at the end of the MV if you count the individual shot of the members, there were six of them. The reasob why Hyungwon was not in frame with the other 5 idk why.... I forgot hahahah 5. Actually, since their debut the songs were already strong. Like... hard hitting song. That's their style. Love Killa was actually an experiment back then. They said they wanted to release smthing different, like slower beat. GAMBLER came out after Love Killa and they kinda have the same vibe. 6. About the dancing, you should def watch their dance practices 👀 all of the songs you've reacted (except One Day 😂) and Beastmode 😗 7. Their english albums are *chef kiss. Check them out! They have some MVs too! However, because of Wonho's departure overlapped with their first English album release, and they had finnished recording the songs prior to his departure, the MVs and their songs have 6 members, but 7 voices. They were 7, actually you have to watch "no mercy" to know how much these seven were emotionally tourched 😢 and then get a chance to debate as group, after few years wonho was removed from the group , and the leader also get to go to military when they gave song rush hour... therefore they are five there....he is back now, but now another member minhyuk my favorite one is gone , he has become so muscular now 😂❤

- Monsta X is 3rd gen. -center man(shownu) is the leader 😚 - jooheon's raspy rap voice gets me all the time, love that man ! - I would say DUALITY expresses mx really well. - 27:19 there's 5 because the leader was in the military. -rapline can definitely sing as well, they are all-rounders! -40:24 all of them were there but in some shots only 5 appear because one of the members had covid so he had to film separately. It does suck when a group looses a member especially when the circumstances were ridiculous but I also can't stand people who say that they don't listen to Monsta X because of them loosing a member. Like Monsta X was great with Wonho but to miss out on all the great stuff they have put out as the 6 of them is sad.

MX is my only Kpop love since BIGBANG is inactive as a group. The heartbreak of groups losing members is so real. The DBSK split in 2010 still hurts sometimes. And the MX cover of Mirotic is the only one I like. DBSK vocal harmonies were incredible. They were formed before Kpop groups recruited true rappers. MX has that same ability. Jooheon and I M have beautiful voices. All Kpop idols are talented, but very few manage to keep my attention. MX is one of 3 or 4.
