Lyrics:
I want to be the king of my body and mind
Gravity let me go
Before it bruises and blackens me and you
Bury me in the glow
And I find sorrow in idle mind
and solace in being heard
You better run boy run but be afraid
Cry boy cry don’t play the game
Gravity holds me down
And it’s taking over
I call everywhere
I cry out
You are my destroyer
I call everywhere
I cry out
A light shines through a cloud of colour fumes
Gravity let me go
So I can feel the warmth of the sun
Bury me in the glow
You better run boy run but be afraid
Cry boy cry don’t play the game
Gravity holds me down
And it’s taking over
I call everywhere
I cry out
You are my destroyer
I call everywhere
I cry out
And it’s taking over
I call everywhere
I cry out
You are my destroyer
I call everywhere
I cry out

This song feels like the culmination of a lot of their work, with some of the darkness of beneath the skin, the folk of my head is an animal in the strings especially, and the electronic touch of fever dream, along with a bit of nature imagery. I really, really love it.

I heard this song for the first time today on a series I’m watching on Netflix called Manifest. I will say this, not many songs can hit my soul. Their is only a few that can hit that deep. As I sit here decoding the lyrics at 1am. If my soul is a lock then this song is a piece of the key to unlock it. All I know is a soul is rigid, tarnished, a spark of light, dim, waiting, ancient and extremely powerful. All I can say to anyone that reads this. Don’t look outward but inward, because soon we all have a final stand. In the end we all go, so Stand together, love each other and don’t forget yoou carry a powerful force within.

If you enjoy socialist concrete art and words shown on screen like 90's karaoke. Programmed into your mind to sing along. Then yes language sang lericaly must be the pinnical of high modern fashion movement. Let use all bow down to the new wave of corporate sublimation. Cheers, drink scotch if you can afford it.
