Took a little remixing but I've a very nice 3d printed version of the this - ok it's not got the heft of WW's - I use their HG2 and uni basket but if I'd bought this my wife+axe+head=..................in theory the HG2 does it's own stirring but this really works over a freehand wdt

That's awesome! Haha yeah, that would be a very unfortunate equation. How do you like the HG2? I haven't had the chance to try it yet. I have only used the EG-1 and absolutely loved it.

@@BeanTalk I have one of the gen 1 versions so it had a issue with broken gears but all fixed with a upgrade from WW - it’s been solid ever since - wanted a EG 1 but not enough disposable £ when I upgraded from Jura btc to the Decent and Weber combo

It’s an expensive coffee prep gadget, that’s all it is, nothing more nothing less.

Thanks for your feedback! I agree to the extend, that it's basically a WDT tool. The design and build quality is amazing, but if it justifies the price tag is something everyone has to decide for themselves. What it does better than a regular WDT tool is the way in which it distributes and also that it's not as likely to get messy. That's also why I say at the end, that I mostly see it at barista competitions, where you can get some safe technical points by using this. But yeah, everyone has to decide for themselves, and this is very clearly quite a polarizing tool. (same as levelers a few years back, but now a lot of people use them)
THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING... (Wdt, Autocomb, Moonraker, NCD, etc)
