Many years ago, Xiamen port was often congested due to its inland transportation problem. I wonder if there is any improvement now. That's a good video. Thanks.

Who takes the steering if there are 3 in stern station sir?

There’s three able seamen, one AB will be the helmsman during berthing, normally when the ship is already alongside and partly secured, the Pilot will order finish with the wheel, that’s the time the helmsman will go down to help in the aft station.
