The car's not fast enough, and some things need to change! That's why we are working on the car tonight. The thing you have to understand is that sometimes you have to continue to modify, change, tweak the parts and cars to get faster. Sometimes the changes don't work and the car slows down, but in order to see what the car wants....... You cannot sit on your hands and do nothing. Back in the day, when the first after market axles became available from Henry's Machine in LA, they were 29 spline as I recall. They would twist badly, so we swapped them side to side after so many runs. At least they didn't break like stock GM axles would.

Weld a strip of metal on the bottom of the pipes where they are scraping. It will act as a skid plate.

Those brakes are cool looking but I can't see double price compared to the other tried and true brands.. Wilwood, Strange and Areospace. The zero drag is awesome but $800 more than everybody else.. That very little drag that most brakes have for a split second, can't be hurting 60 foot or total ET as much as spending that much more money. Just my opinion

Put some ski's on the front of the Mustang. Measure to the lowest point weld a tube with 1/4 inch plate weld to it. Set it 1/8 of an inch lower than the pipe hitting. I'd grind the front edge to give it cleaner contact start

Your bolts on the back of the track rods are too short and the lock nuts may as well not be on there as there is no thread for them to lock onto

This is a multi hundred thousand dollar race car, not some civic with a fart can owned by a kid. Cutting a coil off of these drag racing springs will ruin them. They are designed for the specific compression height with the coilover. But go ahead, cut a coil off your 1000 dollar or more each Penske coilover. Smh

Ok, lessee.......3000 herspers and it's NOT fast enough? It's a 3 second car if the chassis gets sorted and Randy stays in it. Should do a record......3.60s

3.60s is a stretch that would be a top of the pack 275 car…3.90s is where im assuming the PB is but usually its a 4.0 - 4.1x car
