In the playroom I would’ve put the white cubicles on the white wall (the one that you first see when you come in. And the toys and kitchen in the window wall. Leaving the black wall without anything in front would look so much beautiful. It’s hidden right now. And big pictures frames on top, finally a really fun ceiling light with all the colors.♥️💙💛💚💙💛♥️💚

I think the bathroom needs some color! Just adding touches of color with a shower curtain, bath mats or towels can really change up a space. Maybe some pictures on the wall opposite of the sink too.

having a master bedroom, closets, & bathroom of that size is such a dream! you could even transform one of the closets into an infant "nursery" to give a bit more privacy, but still the convenience of room sharing!

Personally, I would still take them back to school shopping! Part of the fun of going back to school is showing off your new outfits, crayons, folders, etc. and they still may be able to do that virtually! Plus it will hopefully bring a sense of “normal” to them during these sad times.

Also Britt, if you read the instruction that came with your ruggable rug, it specifically says "DO NOT tuck the corners of the rug pad into the top cover, that's probably why it's hard for you to put it together! also, you're supposed to roll the rug cover on top of the pad and it works like magic, definitely a one person job

Rug is really really cute. Panelling still a little strange but it looks a lot better with the rug. Everytime I watch your videos I’m itching to but a house. But we’re staying with family to pay off some debt and save meanwhile I’m 9 months pregnant due in a couple weeks.

My auntie had a good tip for keep fresh flowers lasting longer. You cut them at an angle and then with a frying pan (no oil) fry the bottle of them. I’ve never done that, we’re I live when we get fresh flowers they usually come with food, I’ll use half the food, freezing cold water is good and change the water as often as you can, I try every two days but I’ve managed to keep flowers for like 5 days 😊 longest is nearly 2 weeks. I love fresh flowers and wish I could have them all the time, just another added expense we don’t need, I got some for my birthday though

Roll the top layer up and then fold in half. Lay it on the top of the bottom player, unfold it and then slowly roll it down. Perfect every time!

It’s 100% for kids not returning possibly until after Xmas break where I live. Saddest my oldest starts HighSchool youngest kinder and this is not the experience we wanted to live. They completely understand it because my husband survived covid❤️. Love your videos!

I can definitely relate to being too tired to clean. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I’m being induced at 39 weeks so a little less than 2 weeks left. Having to clean up after 4 kids, my husband and myself is extremely tiring. Flooring is amazing I wish I could have tile or hardwood but my husband hates laying those 2 types of flooring.

Another hydrangea tip for you: When they start to droop, soak the entire mophead in cool water for about 30 minutes. They'll come out looking like drowned rats, but by the next morning they look brand new. Mine typically last for 2-3 weeks with this trick. My brother, who's a landscaper, explained that hydrangeas are water hogs. They love lots of water, and they take it in everywhere, including their petals.
