You do realize that you are the mother of three children all below the age of what 12? The fact you accomplished what you did in 3 days should qualify you for a Good Housekeeping Gold Medal. I also commend your husband for getting involved as much as I see - most men shy away from housework. I subscribed after the second video (the garage organization was first) You are transparent and honest about what it takes to do the work - I appreciate that!

Thank you for sharing that you couldn't do it all in one day! It can be overwhelming or defeating to watch people get so much done in a day. I'm the type of person who burns out easily, so I have to quit at a reasonable time or else I won't keep up with it the rest of the week. Took me forever to learn that though! Sometimes it's frustrating, but it's so much healthier to take breaks when you need it or spend that time with family.

Kids shoes used to be a big issue with me too. So I got a system down. Both my kiddos get three pair of tennis shoes, a pair for outside, ones for school, then an extra pair. Two pairs of sandals. One pair of boots. Two pairs of dressy shoes. They are only replaced if they outgrow or wear them out. Now their shoes are easier to manage and all there shoes get worn and I don't feel like I've wasted money on shoes they didn't wear. Thanks for the cleaning motivation this morning!

I just organized my linen closet and I used space saver bags for blankets we no longer need (I live in Vegas and it’s already warm) and extra comforter sets we have for guests. It made it look so much better.

Great job! I love Folex I literally have used this product for over 25 years. Really made a difference with my grandchildren because they spilled a lot of things, grape juice, food spills etc .

I so needed this video of motivation! My house is a disaster right now, especially with my 3 kids being home all day while I am at work it becomes a mess lol! I am deep cleaning this weekend and organizing :) I always enjoy your videos because it gives me the motivation. We have stairs as well but we don't put anything on them, everything ends up on my kitchen counter and all over my kids' rooms which bugs me lol!

Folex really is the best! I use it with our large dogs and you don’t have to let the solution sit after spraying with most stains, you can spray and scrub right away!

Tips to get it all done in one day.... pick up throughout the week (not clean necessarily but put things away).... don’t do big projects on your regular cleaning day. Divide big projects throughout the week and then do the dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms on the one regular cleaning day you have per week (if you have a weekly cleaning day, for me that’s Saturdays)

You can actually sterilize the MAM bottles in the microwave, they designed them for easy cleaning. Fill the bottom with a bit of water, screw on the top and then microwave for 3 minutes. So much quicker✨

I think having light colored furniture and rugs, forces you to keep it clean. Having dark colors, it’s easier to just ignore it or not see it.. doesn’t mean the dirt isn’t there.

Don't feel bad, it took me 4 days - 4 FULL 8 HOUR DAYS to do Spring Cleaning in our small 2 bedroom apartment in NYC and I have no kids but also don't get any help from my 'darling' partner. He doesn't seem to see the dirt and dust. I actually took 2 vacation days plus the weekend to finish it all - windows, walls, closets, cleaned the couches and rugs etc... But doing it in 3 days with 3 kids, you do qualify for a Good Housekeeping Medal.
