Hello and welcome to this calming and slow paced morning meditation for releasing negative energy and overthinking. This guided meditation is for anyone experiencing any anxiety or overthinking, perhaps holding in pent up emotions and feelings. The morning is a great time to make a fresh start, it’s a blank canvas to begin with. You can balance your mind and body before your day begins.
In this body scan guided meditation you will become aware of your mind state and any tension within yourself, gently finding relaxation and inner peace.
Using a body scan you will visit each area of yourself , observing to begin with and then releasing any negative energy such as tension, stress, tight muscles or anxiety.
As you progress through this morning meditation you will become increasingly relaxed, calm, grounded and present.
Just follow the instructions from my voice and do what you feel is right in the moment.
