What I enjoy most about these videos is feeling as if I AM hunting with Stu. For me it's much in the thrill of the stalk and the patience demonstrated. So real, and he always delivers. btw, I noticed that Stu's 'hat cam' has very good image stabilization. I'll check the channel to see if he mentions which it is 'cuz 'I gotta have that'. 😆

What name did you call the cormorant? It thought that it was dead before it regained composure! I previously mentioned that the electric bike was a stealthy acquisition. Bur it has no patch on the canoe. Also that your freehand pointing was very good. The lever action job is a 30-30. And the one with the scope on?

We call them shags in Australia mate. The rifle with the scope is a Ruger M77 MKII in 30/06

@@HuntingwithStu For in excess of five decades was my well-used second wife an 06. For what it may be worth. Rhino Bullets make a Solid Base version. And for those who require penetration in an expanding bullet. A 220gr in 30 cal as well. (150 - 220.) I punched two 300 grain .375 cal. bullets into a 20 litre container filled with sieved dry building sand. Washed the bullets very carefully with a toothbrush. Dried them. One retained 278. And the other 279 grains. In perfect expansion. They offer a 41mm long 380gr in .375 as well. And mine, at 2190fps, printed in the same hole. For all practical purposes. As accurate as a .22 Hornet. Keep strong. All.
