Dear Travis! Thank you again :-) One question: I'm doing yoga for more than 4 years now and I feel good with this. Now I want to practice energizing breaths. Is it normal that I get dizziness while doing ist?? I always take one breath while you take 2 oder 3 ... I know I'm breathing slow, for example while jogging. But in this way I'm not feeling good.... ??? Greetings from Cologne,, Andrea :-)

AMAZING. no better way to start the day. First thing we do when we open our eyes is we take a breath. We may as well do it right with this practice. I do have a question though, any practice you would maybe recommend for someone with chronic pelvic pain? Thank you

The right side is Yang and the left side is Yin. Inhaling through the right and exhaling left increases Yang.
