Hmm an alternative to horizontal bars? You can use a stable table or railing. You can also put a metal rod in between two couches, for example. Finding something around chest height would be a good place to start.

Hi! A regular Yoga practitioner here! I really love all of these stretching routines and I will be incorporating these in my daily life with everything I do as well. Just wanted to add on to the Upward and Downward facing dogs; most of the yoga teachers generally recommend not bending your neck and trying to look towards the sky during upward dog so as to not invite any unwanted neck injuries. Instead, we can look straight ahead or down to the ground in front of us while pulling our shoulders back and down away from the ears. Be careful though because it is really easy to overdo it. Same in the case of Downward Facing dog, we might not realise it, but most of us who aren't used to it might round their upper bodies while doing it which can again risk injuries in the shoulders, hamstrings and the wrists, and if you get disbalanced then maybe more places. Trying to reach the heels towards the ground is a great hamstring stretch, so do work towards that, but don't round your chest in for it. Instead, as a beginner you can bend your knees and focus more on moving your chest in the direction of your thighs, and having a firm grip on the ground with your hands, this will really stretch the shoulders. Once that is achieved, you can slowly try to work your heels down towards the ground, but once you notice you're rounding your back, just stop it there. You'll get there in time. And also, as these are morning routine stretch, it is not necessary to go too hard to fast, so be easy on yourself and feel the sensations in your body while doing so. Love your videos and your work Hampton! Thanks for creating this beautiful discussion forum of health and life and everything in between! 10/10 will surely try the napping position XD

Thank you so much! I stopped working out because I got sick. I used to work out 4 hrs a day six days a week. Stretching for 20 mins and I noticed how much pain I’m in now and so many leg cramps since I stopped and this video has helped me sooooo much!!!!! Thank you🙏🏽

I don't know jack shit about calisthenics and I face some mobility issues that would make it difficult to try. I'm just subed for the good vibes. Really love that he breaks things down into more manageable moves, makes it feel like maybe one day if I really wanted I would atleast know some positions and moves better suited to me. Thanks for making your content accessable and super positive!

Twist holds have been a blessing on my back lower back. These are the only shorts I don't mind rewatching since I get to express my gratitude for everything I've learned along the way.

I like how TBD works as a double entendre for both a marvelously sculpted mound or just a bad hand in the gene pool of life

Bro, I have back pains and upwards facing dog is heavenly. It feels so good to finally have your back pain go away for a while. Side to side stretches help a bit but don't really relieve me much.
