In this Slay the Spire gameplay, Baalorlord does an Ascension 20 run with Defect. First, he gives tips on choosing a path and a starting bonus. Later on, he explains his decision for each card he chooses and why it's important to the build. Towards the end, he gears up for an epic Heart fight you don't want to miss. I use a few mods for Slay the Spire. All of them are Quality-of-Life improvements and do not have any effect on the gameplay. Here are all of the mods I have active:
Slay the Relics Exporter, used for the live stream: steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...
Relic Stats, to keep track of how many times the relic effects happened: steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...
UI Sliders, to reposition the Discard and Exhaust piles, so that they are not hidden behind the camera: steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...
Run History Plus, giving us more info in the Run Summary screen about the run: steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...
Map Marks, for path highlighting - here, typically, Green means an easy, intended path, and Orange or Red means a harder path that I might take if I get good rewards: github.com/casey-c/mapmarks

Using spoon, sacrificial dagger, so much hello worlds and actually mind blooming in a non broken deck is such a insane amount of skill and game knowledge that I dream to be able to achieve.

Very impressive! This is one of those decks that won through sheer skill rather than busted card combos. This whole run was a great testament to how powerful Strange Spoon and Hello World can be.

The other night I was drawing the best relics (dead branch, had 2 claws, a bunch of other things I was really happy for) but I got too greedy thinking i could survive and died in an elite fight

The power of branch cannot he understated. If you don’t have pyramid or a reliable win condition like an infinite, it can easily carry runs. No better card draw in the game in a lot of ways

Strange Spoon is one of my favorite relics, and I've lost myself a time or three trying to use the spoon to level up things like algorithm and what not. Excellent to see it used so well!!

I've been misunderstanding Melter this whole time, I thought removing block was required for the damage and was therefore a lot more situational. Whoops

He does, in fact, use a sit/stand desk and spends a pretty decent chunk of his time standing. Helps with ergonomics.

I would not have been able to resist buying Unceasing Top in that first shop to be honest. It doesn't seem like the optimal choice, but I'm addicted to that thing.
