In this Slay the Spire gameplay, Baalorlord does an Ascension 20 run with Defect. First, he gives tips on choosing a path and a starting bonus. Later on, he explains his decision for each card he chooses and why it's important to the build. Towards the end, he gears up for an epic Heart fight you don't want to miss. I use a few mods for Slay the Spire. All of them are Quality-of-Life improvements and do not have any effect on the gameplay. Here are all of the mods I have active:

As someone who struggles sufficiently with mental health, jokes don’t really hurt me personally. I actually find a lot of them funny and sometimes very accurate (though that might just be my temperament). Where it ticks me off is the assumption people make about me because of said issues and when people generalize me because of it

Fascinating to compare your Vids with Jorbs ... jorbs usually going on small decks skipping like 90% of all card rewards and you just grabbing most stuff ;) Both seem to work.

I’ve always enjoyed playing with larger decks, but I’m getting better with smaller ones… there is a good reason not to take all the card you see, you kinda know what you’re gonna get and have a lot of consistency, verses just having all the fun in the world with a large deck :)

Few people can think through a deck like jorbs. He made mad cash in Vegas before he ever started streaming. Pretty sure he's one of if not the top player in the game. Pu probably will have more fun following

9:17 and 26:12 There's an Apotheosis in both of these stores. I thought you couldn't see the same thing in two different stores, or is the upgraded version due to Toxic Egg considered a different card?

The things you can't see twice are relics. They are meant to be unique, so each seed shows them to you in a particular order, which prevents you from getting a duplicate of any relic. There is no such restriction on cards being offered.

Some people just get their kicks from creating non existent issues. You only need to watch a few runs from Baalor to see he's an intelligent, thoughtful, wholesome streamer. That someone in his chat is ongoing in their attempt to force a discussion on something that was clearly unintended and unrelated to the stream content, suggests that this person is one of these woke brigade warriors who are just constantly hunting for something they can be offended by.

@@crimson1919 the irony here is that the "wokies" are doing the same thing you're doing for Baalor rn, showing support for someone in reaction to some potential negative event, but that's such a bad thing to you ig 🧐 Seemingly people in chat were just talking about the title and how that whatever it was (I genuinely don't know or really care) could potentially impact someone with mental health issues. No one was coming after him or else I assume or else he would have addressed it more. You're overreacting more than the people in chat tbh
