Ou, I have a zyliss garlic press that I'm gonna use for ginger too. Never thought to use it for anything but garlic. Thanks guys. I make a similar dish but I cover the top with furikake and bake. Then I make fancy zigzags with wasabi mayo.

1) Always love your content 2) Did you have the air fryer in "air fry" mode or just bake? I have found that some recipe's online use an air fryer but just keep it in "bake" mode 3) I would love if the channel could create a quick link pdf with steps for the recipes? I watch the video and have to take notes if I want to recreate the recipe. And I feel like I missed stuff. It would be awesome to print out a pdf and then have a collection of recipes to go to for the "average" chef. 4) You guys rock

I can't get enough salmon! However, wild caught has become very limited at my local fish market and I'm not into farm raised. I only buy farm raised as a last resort. This dish looks delicious chef Hiro.

I always have so much frozen salmon in the freezer... this seems like a perfect new recipe. I think I might add some green onion to the dish though. I'm a little surprised there's no sugar or mirin used here. EDIT: Just made it. Tasty, but too sweet when I added the mirin.

First of all, good afternoon and hi from Germany. I really love your videos and especially the Faroe series. Since we live close to the Danish border we decided to go there this June and I thought it would have been so funny to bump into Hiro and Charles. And did I just hear Charles say you might come back this year? Yes, please, please ... in June 😁. We will definitely take a look at the Bakkafrost site. I have no idea whether they have a shop or something like this. They unfortunately only deliver the US as it seems (good for you certainly). By the way, the Salmon bowl looks amazing. I think I'll try this with shredded cauliflower since I have to watch my weight ... 🤤

I found a trick to get all the meat out of a AVOCADO once slice it all around and pull apart. 1.Take it in you hands squeeze on the peels. should pop right off the peel, if not ? 2. squeeze the peel togather and it should all come out 3. and last way> spoon it out he heee

Why use leftover salmon? Well, sometimes there’s salmon remaining from another dish or some salmon remains after everyone has had enough. This sometimes sits in the fridge forgotten. Rather than discard it, this dish is tailor made for leftover salmon.

That a lot of Salmon 👍👍 i love it ♥ i might get 3 or 4 months out of that whole fish ~ Might eat on it 2 or 3 days. That would be steaks, patties, then get burned out on it. Cause it so rich ~ That 1 thing i never use is Ginger! I don't like the taste of Ginger. I like to taste full favor of what i'am eating
