Rendezook comes from Battlefield 1942, though there are claims that the concept if not the name existed earlier games. The maneuver was dubbed the Rendezook, a cross between the words rendezvous and bazooka. I don't know if Stun_Gravy was the first to pull it off in BF1942, but he is documented as the first player to perform the maneuver in Battlefield 3. This is not to be confused with a Loopzook, which is pretty much the same concept, but due to the game physics of BF 1942 if you climbed at too steep of an angle prior to bailing out the plane's momentum would would cause it to do complete a loop as it fell back to the ground.

Rendezook means you need to Rendezvous with your plane after killing the other plane with a bazooka (the rocket launcher in BF1942). And the name stuck as the creator's name was also Zookaman since he had other such feats with bazookas
