A great collaboration between OMEGA and the guys at Fratello Watches the Omega Speedy Tuesday edition is in my opinion one of the most important ones. A limited edition of only 2012 pieces and sold completely online it is remarkable, and the edition of luminova just makes it a Speedmaster you can't skip on.

The chronomètre from '98. Or the speedmaster Diver (hard to find, you couldn't find it in google). Or the speedmaster Alaska. Or the speedmaster 125. Or the speedmaster Moonshine with its METAS certified movement. Or the Ed White 321 speedmaster.

My favourite is the speedy Tuesday ultraman.. but refused to get one because these stupid idiot flippers have caused it to trade above RRP. I have the sapphire sandwich with clear case back.

It's very cool to see how social media influence the watch market, especially in creating a new model. Basically this Speedmaster could be born from a hashtag, right? Amazing episode as always!

Glad to see that you are doing well! Kinda miss that smile like the one in the end of the video. Great review as always. But for me, the lume in this one is kinda overbearing for the watch tbh, like the Lange Datograph Lumen, I think it is caused by the subdial lume I guess. Idk, perhaps it's better to see a fully lumed dial in Alaska speedy, and the lume lights up like FP Journe Eleganté.

All good on my side, hope yours too! I kinda like the lume here, looks unssen until you lume it up and one wouldn't suspect that the subdials were lume in the first place. But again it all coomes down to preference.

As far as I know it's not. It is literally called that way because of the "dark side of the moon".

@@SwissWatchGang fun fact: The dark side of the moon is not always dark. That's how we named the part that is facing away from the Earth. Which is sometimes very bright. We just can't see it.
