The Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch “Snoopy” Apollo XIII 45th Anniversary Limited Edition (311.32.42.30.04.003) features a 42mm stainless steel case with ceramic bezel surrounding a white dial on a black leather-backed fabric strap with a stainless steel deployant buckle. Functions include hours, minutes, small-seconds, chronograph and tachymeter. The watch also measures 15mm in thickness and 48mm from lug-to-lug.
The Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch Speedy Tuesday Chronograph Alaska Project III Limited Edition (311.32.42.30.01.001) features a 42mm stainless steel case with a black aluminum surrounding a black dial on a brown leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle. Functions include hours, minutes, small-seconds, chronograph and tachymeter. The watch also measures 14.3mm in thickness and 47.8mm from lug-to-lug.

I’d really love a Snoopy in my collection. Oh and I wasn’t expecting the lumed sub-dials on the Speedy Tuesday, but come on! The Snoopy’s lume is something else!

Omega is doing great things these days. I just got the speedy sandwich since I'm not a purist and really enjoy looking at the movement. Why wait for an overpriced Daytona when there is so many awesome Speedy's available and are by far more historical I know the snoopy is $$ now but at least that was limited. A Daytona is not!

daytonas are extremely inflated right now relative to before but they are not "overpriced" compared to speedies, if anything, it is the other way around the idea of owning a daytona today has become associated with the upper echelons of the rolex brand for casual collecting but when you compare the value and price of a full gold speedmaster and a full gold daytona, they are not that far off. Even more crazy when you realize that the price difference remains proportional to comparing a steel daytona to a steel speedy tuesday (this or ultraman) the big difference is that while rolex has been consistent with brand and design stemming from the past couple of decades omega has gone off the rails with their "limited" releases the 1861-1863 calibre is very outdated for a 8k watch like the ultraman, I am not complaining as 1861 is such a historical and beautiful movement. But just listen to it, use it. Lol The second big difference is that while there are many sturdy gold daytonas moving into the modern age, there are not many solid gold speedmasters discounting the "sedna gold", etc... Kind of silly and salty to say a 25k steel snoopy is not overpriced but turn around and bash the daytona and say it's unacceptable.

antisan simply put.... snoopy is limited and can't be bought new...... a Daytona Should be able to be had for retail but Rolex is being a little bitch! A 4130 is also an old chronograph with no real updates....

I would love the Snoopy . However it's lotto money type purchasing . I'm all for being sensible as well , and love my traditional Speedmaster .

My choice is obviously speedy ,cause it is not chunky & hence suitable for every day use. Added to that, it has panda styled dial which gives a tough competition to Paul Newman's rolex daytona

@Dave Mendoza sure ... all power to them ... but it doesn't convince me to buy it ... seriously ... I think, internet influencers have a part of the blame for some of the hype ....also for the Rolex "investment" flipping pandemic ... its just my opinion ....and don't get me wrong - but watchbox are part of that too... its a thin line between information and propaganda ...

Omega are looking more and more like the Franklin Mint every day. In 2027 they'll probably bring out the Lady Diana Queen of Hearts People's Princess Speedmaster, in honour of the speedies that MI6 agents were wearing 40 years prior when they ran Di and Dodi off the road.
