At $95/person the high-tea at the Fairmont Empress Hotel is definitely not cheap, but it IS an amazing experience. Tea is served in the historic Lobby Lounge, where guests will also be treated to a 3-tier food platter and music from the baby grand piano while they dine and drink. Afternoon Tea has been served at the Empress in Victoria since 1908.
