Actually answering his question, I was stung by a box jelly fish. I live in a small town new the capital of Australia, and when going to the beach there with my family, I was stung. My parents dragged me ashore, where the lifeguard started panicking, dumping nearly the hole bottle of vinegar on my stings. Luckily for me, my dad reads a lot on how to treat bites and stings (living in Australia). He rushed me to the hotel, and put me into the hottest bath I've ever had. As soon as he did that, he called an ambulance and they took me to the hospital where they monitored my health. They let me go after about a week.

Surprisingly, as an australian, i havent had that many encounters with dangerous animals. Of course we get red backs and the usual spider but im not in a super snake filled area. except for that one time there was a family of dugites loose in my high school.

When I was 8 years old I was bitten by a brown recluse on my right shin right under my knee. I developed a skin lesion about the same diameter as a dime in size. Was definitely not a fun time. Took about a month to fully recover, and about 5 months to fully scar over. I now have a knarly scar followed by an indent under it.

I was in the run with my track team when I heard screaming from my senior along with my friend next to me, that is when we found a rattlesnake coiled up. Us three jumped so we wouldn’t step on it while the rest of us stayed back. To keep our distance, we decided to started throwing large rocks or sticks at it to chase it off and it worked. That was honestly frightening
