Her name is Jeanne D'Arc or Joan of Arc from the Fate Series, or appeared in the animated series currently on air Fate/Apocrypha, A Heroic Spirit of the Ruler Class overseer of the Holy Grail War and known as the Saint of the Flag, She appears in the game Fate/Grand Order as one of the key characters in the First Singularity in Orleans, as she fights with the corrupted version of herself referred to as the witch of dragons
