The plaintiff brings her daughter to court. The plaintiff says she was a crack addict for the first several years of her daughter’s life, and her daughter started acting out. She says the defendant calls her derogatory names and threatens her, so she’s suing for emotional distress. The defendant admits she and her mom disagree, but she never threatened her.

The judge is not too fond of people putting their children through hardship due to their own drug addictions. He understands the backlash addiction has on children's lives. He saw through her false invalid claims and dismissed her case. Good Judge. Judge Mathis is one of a kind. He understands the damage addicts have on those close to them, namely their immediate family members.

@@TalkswithMellow guess you deleted your other response and posted this. Still wanna argue. The funny part of this is - this child’s mother got herself together before it could have had THEE critical output that most children of drug addicts had (I.e foster homes abuse, etc) AS A MATTER IF FACT, by the time she was 10yrs old, the thing that was affecting her, was the fact that her parents had divorced. And as YOU SAID IN YOUR LAST RESPONSE, the real problem here is that mom got herself together and started laying down some rules and the little sister didn’t like it. What’s even funnier is that everybody that has ever had any issue with their parents , is in these comments acting like this girl has experience the end all be all of having a formerly drug addicted parent, when you know darn well she hasn’t. Maybe you all should see a therapist and let some stuff go instead of projecting your trauma on every parent that you see.

I wonder if the mother has ever humbled herself, and apologized to her daughter for raising her while addicted to drugs. The mom says that she was on drugs before Bianca came along, and then up until she was 10 years old, which means there is a strong likelihood that she was using during her pregnancy. There’s no wonder that she may have had control issues.
