Also, since I'm early, I thought I might as well transcribe the lyrics. I'm sure there are a few errors here and there, but I tried my best to capture what I heard and the possible variations of it with slashes in between each of those words. I hope it's not too jarring to follow along with, and I know I'll come back and edit it with the correct words when I learn of what those are. When all you see is made on autodesk maya and 3D software like a video game... idk she kinda brought back the vibes we used to get watching Lord of the Rings... yall recall how most of the stuff were theatrical live special effects, makeup and great designers? I came across you while thinking about suicide. I found your confessional. Your music has pulled me out of those thoughts. You sound great, your songs are well structured and should be more popular. Reminds me of rapper NF but in a more dark pop sound, like a twisted Taylor Swift. Keep doing what you're doing. You're helping people with your music. You helped me.

As someone with body dysmorphia (or at least someone who feels ugly a lot of the time and compares themself to others) this is very confronting for me. I'm glad Mothica and Kailee made it though. I was waiting for them to collaborate. People need to hear this!! 💕

I hope you can one day find it within yourself to fight your demons friend, i do not know anything about having body dysmorphia but i know how crippling anxiety and insecurity's can feel. As a kid my parents would atleast 3 times a week drag me out of my bed after they came home from the pub to confront me. with what they thought was wrong with me for hours on end. lately i have been taking leaps of faith in order to prove them and all the other voices in my head wrong and it's doing wonders for my confidence. Stay strong you probably are fucking awesome :>

I thought body dysmorphia was when you didnt feel like you dont belong in your body. I could be wrong. I think your describing is low self esteem.

@@andreahughes1155 that's body/gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia is when you have intense feelings that something is wrong about how your body or a part of your body looks and you obsess over it. It's classified as a type of obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Yep I’m 35 and have avoided having my skin showing for years the only thing that has started to change this is that I got 2 tattoos at the beginning of this year I hate my arms and legs the most but will finally wear short sleeves so i can see my memorials to my best friend and my mother who passed 4 days before my birthday I’m also taking amazing care of my skin now because of them lotion every day and regular exfoliation ❤ I really thought I’d be dead by now .

they compliment each other, it is dark, angst, gloomy, depressing yet aesthetic,etc. Mothica's craft are my escapes from reality. It's just on point always suits my mood whenever i feel down and sad or just need a me time her songs just hit me everytime i listen to it. Hope they collab again.

Ugh. "Lights, camera, action. I'm in the background. Wondering when they'll notice me." That right there is the most accurate line Ive heard in awhile. I've struggled with an ED since I was a child and it's hard when that's the the demon you want to hide but you know its always about to be somehow clearly on display somewhere. Great job Mothica.

It took me *way* too long to get this one too! I took it at surface value, like you were looking in a broken mirror so of course you weren’t going to look good. I still remember the moment that I figured out what it actually meant, after way too many listens. I was on a walk, and I just remember stopping walking and thinking to myself “hey.. that lyric goes a lot deeper than I thought”

I grew up an obese kid. I was constantly told that I look fat, and they never realized the words they threw at me would affect me until today. Even during that time my weight dropped from 70+ kg to 57 kg in just a couple of months, I never realized about that happening to me until the day I went for a medical check-up. Weird thing was, when I looked in the mirror, in my eyes, what I was seeing was an image of 70+ kg me. I could not differentiate my body shape losing some kgs throughout these years. Mothica's songs are all hitting me to the core. Really wish her to be more successful in the future. ♥
