I took notes down while listening to this and i’ve noticed how relax and at ease i felt throughout the video. You never notice how tense your body is physically due to how you respond towards your mental thoughts. We just have to let things go! Take it day by day forget about what did happen and what can happen just go with the flow!

Sadly many little humans, are still raised by bad people and if realisation doesn’t come from other environments. These humans are set up to be doomed sadly. Raise your child how you wanted to be treated. Not how you were treated. Being raised by older people means it’s not because you know so deeply, you’re right. That you are right. When you see, think, or heard something. Do research on trust worthy sources.

This is so much reinforcement to where my head is already going right now. I'm in the middle of a big evolutionary step in my life where hearing things like this help keep me focused. Knowing that there are so many others harnessing the power of their own minds to overcome fear and pain and take life's next steps.. I used to think this type of stuff was silly, but now I find it very moving.

Hold on there is absolutely an unseen hand. It's called capitalism. People are not locked into these routines by choice but by necessity. All of us in this system need to justify our existences to some asshole with more money than conscience and I don't recall ever agreeing to this willfully. It was put upon me by the country I live in. I don't imagine many people had different options considering relocating is not an affordable option for most of us...

It explains how you can re-wire you brain through how you think about things and through how you behave. Change the thinking and behaviours and the wiring changes in the process. For a lot of people, using a therapist might be helpful or essential. "what to do about it" is either choose to change your thinking and behaviour on your own (not recommended) or get professional help in forming and fulfilling that choice.

Joe Dispenza has a chiropractic degree. He's NOT a neuroscientist.

Yet his descriptions of how cognitive behaviour therapy and neuroplasticity work, and how they interact, were all accurate.

People shouldn't be, though misled by the title of the video "neuroscientist...".

@@NatGKW The more I looked for qualifications, the flakier he looked, tbh. "Life University" sounds like a sarcastic uni name from the Simpsons. Such a pity, as I'm trying to organise a blend of CBT and neuroplasitic exercises to repair some brain malfunction I have.

@@oakfat5178 I didn't mean to discredit Dispenza, but to throw some light onto the facts. There's so much misinformation on the internet. We need to be cautious instead of blindly falling for whatever we find. Andrew Huberman is a real neuroscientist for example and his background makes him more reliable to me. I hope you find your ways for better brain neuroplasticity. I also need it!

How to repeat the same thing over and over, stating the obvious....Could have taken a few minutes to paint his picture of gloom.

So interesting, I've just started using The Healing Hub app that works on neural rewiring. I feel more positive and in control already
