This motorcyclist decided he didn't want to do the diversion due to the road works so rode across the shared use pavement instead. He then seemed to shout something at me, speed off and go through a red light.
The plate I read out was HX13 MXV (I tried several variations) but that does not match this bike. I wonder if he has fake plates on the bike.
