Might not be popular opinion but I have been using shell gear oil it costed me around 400 rs and it has been almost 4 5 months and still almost quarter of it still left and I am happy with the performance

I’ve used this chain lube. Very sticky, great for very wet conditions, so it keeps the chain free of corrosion. In the summer and dusty conditions, it does attract dirt, I’ve seen. You should try the mucoff chain lubes.

Liquid gun is the worst engine oil if you do long rides or aggressive riding. It's only meant to for casual city riding . It detoriates very fast in stressful situations. Even motul 5100 SS engine oil is much better than the stock liquid gun.especially for Himalayan Gt / shotgun 650 is on whole another level. You can't go wrong with Fully synthetic from companies like motul Amsoil etc. do look into user experience on yt for the same to verify my claim

i have used 3m, rolon, oks and oks (white can) and the best one is WD40 !! it keeps chain fairly clean and works 500km easily on highway use i would still suggest OKS (white can) for rainy season though

Wd40 will penetrate your chain and remove factory installed grease inside your chain links. I'd not recommend that .

Oh bhaii 😂. Please stop using wd40. It is a penatrant and not a lubricant. It will harden the rubber seals in the chain and destroy it completely.

No problem but WD40 would dry out / evaporate within max 200 kms or few days..

Hi bro, To answer your question, recently honda has changed their engine oil grade form 10W30 to 5w30. When i asked the service centre they said its due to BS6 updates. Better stick with your user manual, get the oil changed from workshop rather than the service centre.

Uce engine right. I'd suggest 10w50 7100 motul fully synthetic. Recommended grade is 15w50 right. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi, Which oil are you using now? How is your experience with it? My personal experience with Power1 cruise and 5100 15W-50 has been really good on UCE 350.

@@thesportztourer thanks for your reply....After purchasing a used bullet 350, I have used it for almost 2500 kilometres and the previous owner used it for approx. 2000 kilometres after the service. His mechanic told me that he always used Motul 7100 (he did not mention the grade) oil for it. It has been around 15 months since the last service and the engine oil still seems to be clear red in colour. Yeah, I visited the mechanic 3 months back for the service of my bike but he mentioned the same thing about the red color appearance of the engine oil and he asked me to continue riding it for about 1500-2000 kilometres. Also, the ride quality has been very good till date. I have already purchased Castrol Power 1 Cruise 15W50 for servicing my bike and I am yet to experience it's ride quality...I am a student and visit home in a month or two and then ride it for 100-500 kilometres (depending on my no. of leaves) and then park it for the same 1-2 month. Please recommend me the engine oil which I should use from the next time and how much kilometres I can run from Power 1 Cruise..

@@thesportztourer Also, clear me the thing that when should the service be done - 1 year after the last service or after the maximum running kilometres is completed (no matter the number of years, eg. 2-3 years )

@@devilking9768I believe it's 7100 10w50 . It's really good engine oil . Can last upto 6-7k kms in your engine. Just keep checking oil for levels every 1000 kms. And top up as required
