This build has been fun as hell! There really is a lot of misinformation spread on making these. I find most of these people tossing up this garbage info don't actually ever make one and probably wont ever make one!
We are going to revisit this build now that I have made one first hand! Going to try make it possible for the normal joe to build one in few easy steps vs all milling and such! I have many specs and such on hand for cases and such of all makes and I think I found a super easy clean way to make this with little to no special tools!

To be honest it's a hit or miss process. No right or wrong way. Depends where you live, temps, elevation lots factors. Really amounts to an educated guess. Does it sound right when it runs. So you first have to know what a good running engine sounds like. Then you base how yours runs as you tune it. One of those things takes few screw ups and live and learn screw ups lol. I can assure you I have blown it a few times 😂👍

21-20mm carb is what you want! power jet is ideal. This card 21mm version makes them a f'n moster! 28 mm to large! 2/5 of 52mm is (20.8) so 21 + or - 1mm 20mm to 22mm carbs are correct size! called (venturi effect) without correct position suction volumes the carb can not run huge carb like that correctly! this one linked is a monster on saw builds! i have a video of one and its killer! you shut the power jet off to start with, adjust everything 0/75% throttle ranges! slowly turn up poer jet at 75% to 100% higher speeds 1/4 turn each time till you hear a bog. then turn it back 1/4 turn you have a screamer 100% down the line! www.amazon.com/Carburetor-Universal-Motocross-Motorcycle-Scooter/dp/B083RMKS5K/ref=asc_df_B083RMKS5K/?tag=&linkCode=df0&hvadid=416776450923&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3416183859038250102&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1025604&hvtargid=pla-896544009969&ref=&adgrpid=93124985439&th=1

Yeah, REALLY needs a tune. I think break in will go much easier with LESS fuel .. as you lean mix, oil becomes a more viable burn at more optimal temps. Rings will seat slightly quicker. THEN drive it like you're not AFRAID of it ADJUST THE BOTTOM BRACKET BEARINGS, pedal crank will beat the bearings to death loose.

Parts wise. They have different hole spacing and yd100 longer in stroke height. Both (40mm stroke just longer rod) not impossible but for sure not turn key! But the bt100 and yd100 are both great kits!

Hello bud,I need a pipe or at least a header flange for my 460 can you make and sell me one. Or at least point me in the right direction please I'm just out of options.i tried buying one from you but you stopped building them by the time I had everything else I needed for the build except the pipe. Thanks for reading this and I appreciate any help you can give me.thank you for your time sir
@BuildBreakFix
@BuildBreakFix Жыл бұрын
Most people Buy a Nasty Jack Pipe! Or a Mz65 pipe which actually same thing just over priced lol! And just cut slots in the bolt up holes or drill holes out. just use stock ms 460 exhaust gasket it will fit close but will work! Heat the header on pipe up with a torch and stick a bar inside it and bend it to make it fit your build! Or cut it and weld it if your able to. They bend pretty easy once heat them up! But simple easy way! Works f''n killer bor! Use a Stock Saw exhaust! They honestly work amazing! Dual port one is the mack daddy of High rpms on these things lol! No joke sounds dumb but cat box option is so overlooked! 15$ ebay or amazon! Everyone wants huge chamber pipe for w/e reason but honestly cat box option really makes these run pretty sweet! I honestly cant tell the difference from a cat box or mz65 or even jog pipe on these builds like zero power changes form either of the 3! some guy even did dyno test and came up with same conclusion!

@@josephdale5400 I litterally did that with the one on this bike you are looking at with Jog pipe lol! Minarelli is 42mm spacing and I took a cut off wheel and made a U each bolt hole bent it ever so slightly. Video I think even some place of it one first one I did! works perfectly fine though! Saw jugs all use 38mm spacing and the bolts are 5M so you will need a 5m washer since everything else is 6m bolts they actually go on wich also adds more room and makes it easier to line up! other then that good to go!
