Base model of XUV 400 is priced at 15.49 ex-sh but Punch top model is priced at this price. Base model of XUV 400 does not have many features such as - 6 air bags Ventelated seats better Infotainment + cluster. wireless charger Cruise control 4 Speakers Apple Carplay, Android Auto R16 Alloy wheels LED Drls 360* camera multiple drive modes OTA updates Blind spot monitor/hill assist Actual range aprox - 300+ KM To get these features (not all) and range, XUV 400 will be priced around 17.49 ex showroom. Suggesting someone to pay around 2 Lakhs extra on ex-showroom price just to get extra - 10-15 LT, boot space, 8cm width, 14cm legs space, extra torque & power. why would you suggest XUV 400 and pay extra around 2 lakh for some extra spaces (which eventually is not great for long trips anyway) and still does not have many required features in this date (360*/Ventilated seats being couple of them). I think comparing Punch ev- sub 4mt range vehicle to 4mt vehicle will obviously be shorter in dimensions but features are also not matched for other EV at higher price point. On Paper - XUV 400 total length is 34.3cm greater than punch ev (4200mm vs 3857mm). But yet wheelbase is 15cm greater. This talks about efficiency w.r.t space in center area. Even for Nexon EV , one has to pay extra 2-3 lakh to get these features - again, sub4mt car will be shorter in dimension when comared with 4mt. The point of Punch (EV) is budget with many feature, super comfort 4 people car and under 4mt not to be a 4mt dimension car option. For a family of 4 or even 5 (including kids) this is a game changer at this price point. Off course, 5 adults are not gonna fit properly in any sub 4mt car, let alone punch :)

Hello @rachit sir please put some light on the launch of XUV300 Facelift. I am planning to purchase XUV300 W8 MT for my family of 5 members with an average of 300-500kms/month driving. But I am confused whether I should wait for a new facelift or should I go with an existing model of XUV300. And also whether Venue is a better option or should I stick with the XUV300 existing model.

by default, you will get a 3.3kw charger, if you want to upgrade to 7.2kw you need to pay additional, keep in mind that this car goes up to 6.6kw only. By packaging the 7.2kw charger separately, your insurance won't jump high and you don't need to pay additional road tax for that also.

7.2 kw charger is useless if one has single phase connection, so I guess it is good that they are giving it optional, however they give 3.3 kw charger for free, which works everywhere, provided the earthing is proper.

If u compare any electric car (even at this not so mature ev market), they still have a better 0-100 than their petrol counterparts (for the same price) It will only get better. Performance will never be the issue with EV cars. Riding dynamics will improve too in the next 5 years. EV is to stay whether we like it or not.

Tata ka range 400 km+ par bharosa nahi aur na he petrol car ke mileage ka. Jis din toyota and maruti launch karegi EV, public sirf wahi legi. 315 range likh ke tiago 120 km ka range deti hai agar usko 120 kmphr speed se chalao to 😂😂

10:07 ke liye ek baat kehni thi.. Bhale hi jyada reclining angle vaali seats premium ho yaa jyada comfortable ho.. par wo ku6 logo ko pasand nahi aata. Especially aged people aur kai sare Maine dekhe hai un ko... So I guess it's a 50-50... (just an option..)

TAMO must give a variant by combining the lower power motor 80bhp with the higher Battery pack 35kWh to increase the practical range. It will reduce overall cost also. No need of So much power & torque in city conditions. Customers will like that combination much more.

Strong Hybrids : 28 - 30kmpl atleast In the real world not Arai and Ev In Premium hatchbacks Should atleast have the range of 600km and Minimum of Atleast 400km in the real world... bec 350 claimed give 280km Range.... And Then it causes battery Anxiety..... and Charging speed should be atleast 0-80 in 20 min

Hi sir I bought punch smart plus It's giving range of only 180-190 max And broke down 5th day after purchase They somehow repairrd and brought back without cheching Delivery boys ran out as soon as they dropped my car After inspection found that car is not locking.... And tata customer care is the best in class... They are sooooo casual and dont care about my lost money.... Any I lost a good money.... And of course this will be my last tata car....

I travel to Indore from Bhopal thrice in a month which is 200km one side! Rest of the time I drive in city! Saal mein ek baar I travel with family to a max of 600 kms for a vacation by road! I feel it will still make sense to me! But will it make sense if I sell by 7 year old diesel car to buy this? Seeing diesel has no future ahead & jitna late karunga resale bhi nahi milega! Upfront cost phir zyada padegi aagey chal ke! Correct me if m wrong

Punch Petrol or CnG top model Vs Punch EV top model price difference is steep 10.5 lacs approx basically you can buy 2 Punch petrol or CNG top models in 1 Punch ev top model price .., on top of this let’s say you have driven a petrol or cng car for 1.5 Lac kms let’s say there’s some engine down you can easily fix it with reasonable maintenance chargers. Now think of a battery performance ? Will it be the same like it’s in the first month ? We also have to factor in charging habits and long term battery life especially after 1lac kms. And what will be the battery cost if you want to get new one .. I’m pretty sure car companies charge at least half the price of the car 6~7 lacs for a new battery
