Man I really appreciate you posting this video! I ordered an SM kit for my KX450, which uses the same bracket, from Warp9. It has the little scan code on the packaging which takes you to their website for install instructions but they don't even list my bike. Stupid. I could've probably messed with it and figured it out but I was honestly over it at the moment, already super irritated with the multiple screw-ups that I had with Warp9. So, long story short, lol, Thank You for doing Warp9's job! You're the bomb dot com my man!

Were can I buy a 320mm adapter bracket for my 2018 KTM 300 exc tpi mottard.cant find 1 online any where 2 fit my bike.

What about the back of the pin that threads into the new bracket that I see in front of the pad. When the pads runs down will that hit the disc I mean the rotor

The caliper slides over that pin. That's what keeps the caliper aligned. It will not hit the rotor.

How/where did you re-routed your brake fluid hose & speedometer wire?

We routed the brake line in the stock position. We zip tied the speed cable to the brake line. You can run the line on the outside of the fork if you wanted.

If you have the 640 warp 9 has them. If you have the 690 we have not found one to fit. Thanks for looking

No the sm model comes stock with a larger rotor.

It will work if swapping from 310mm to 320mm. Similar bracket and fork.

do you need to bleed your brakes when doing this?

No but you need to pump your brake lever to build pressure back in the caliper.

Mike Patrick hey brother I figured out what was wrong with mine. I had the wheel spacers on the wrong side. The spacer that goes on the rotor side is a little wider
