Hello my friends. This is the Mountain House freeze dried food, MRE. I have different brand MRE type foods like this and many are good to have. Mountain House tastes really good and each packet has lots of good information on protein and it's contents.
This bucket belongs to my friend and she keeps it for emergencies along with her bug out bags/emergency bags.

4 Chili Mac with Beef
4 Spaghetti with meat
4 Rice & Chicken
That is 12 pouches/ 32 servings or more if you ration in serious emergencies.
I personally change out all my MRE type pouches about every 10 years more or less. I share the old stuff with friends and eat it and it still tastes good. I simultaneously change it but I am sure it can last longer.
It is a good idea to be prepared. Look what is happening in our country with natural disasters of floods, excessive snow, heat, etc.
Keep some in your cars, homes and emergency packs along with plenty of water. This bucket costs about $60.00 on sale through Cheaper than dirt where my friend ordered it.
