And the purpose and plan was huge. Sometimes as black community we want our stuff exclusive, small, and just for us. The white machine will get us out of it, take it, dress it up and put it back out with influence. Doing big numbers in a global economy and us left holding crumbs. From the crew of creators that KS was influencing this plan was going to be extending the message and marketing even further world wide. Becoming truly mainstream, millions to billions, on some Rob Johnson BET type effort. Black enterprise for real. Making it so big it couldn't be denied or stopped but becoming regular conversation. With all sorts of businesses attached, money generation, and black dollars circulating into the benefit of the community. The only way to push this out as a proper movement. What I gathered, pulling the best of all our earlier attempts and movements but driving it through business this time and for the survival of the black community by way of the family unit. Get together, to stay together, to grow together, and so to survive. I used to have a vision like that concerning bringing back black towns through real estate and business. Farrakhan pushed similar through NOI. Kind of lost steam. Anyway, since seeing a vision like KS I began to think it is possible if managed right. Very interesting approach, someone else would need that type of vision to see the viability but also the visibility that KS had. To be able to mobilize that many people, KS definitely took full advantage of the medium given him in this modern age that many of our greats didn't have access to. I don't know what it would look like if Douglass, Washington, Garvey, MLK, Newton, and brother Malcolm X had social media channels. One of KS supporters and friend MTR tried to encourage sister Shaharazad Ali to start a channel. He offered to set it up and everything because the stuff KS was talking about she covered in the 90s. KS spoke of her work often and her struggles to gain acceptance for the message. These people stay passing so if we could get them even more exposure while they live, even though they all became internationally known, their legacies wouldn't so easily be played with by mainstream. Props for them for discussing it, props to you all for contemplating the scope of what KS attempted. Peace and power kings.

You didn’t have to be young to take what Kevin said as our reality. I’m 67-years-old and his knowledge helped me. I started doing the work, exercising (walking), braces, vein treatments on my legs, being cooperative, Lipo bc my stomach was huge. I improved and I met a higher value man that I had not been meeting before. But my guy hadn’t done his work on himself. However I changed and that’s what KS was about. Bridging the gap so Black men and women can meet, date, and fall in love build their communities, to get married and live a healthy happy lifestyle!
