Chef, Ur the only recipe I found who uses the shell AND the tomalley - like I do. I reduce that lobster stock to a syrup and put it into the sauce too. everyone else just throws those away ! That’s why ur Jamie Oliver

Just a comment: I KNOW I would love this food but at the age of 81 I have never had Lobster. I have never had fresh crab either but I love all seafood so I know i would like this. The reason I have never had them is simply too afraid to cook such expensive ingredients and risk messing it up . I'm even afraid of making a fish pie even though I have had that before, delis ious .

Let the fish store cook it for you. I am from the Ocean State and had seafood all my life, but now it bothers me to dress fish or cook lobsters so I let the fish store do it for me. Less mess too. Even easier is buying lobster shelled. NO mess. Definitely try lobster.

@Bearcat LoL, and like Jamie knows how to cook lobster, he's a chef alright,, lmao boiled the lobster with bands on.. And Justin is right, all that dish is a bunch of shit that belongs in the garbage. Soooo home boy, go back to playing video games and let the adults talk ya Cupcake.
