Move image INSIDE Crop, Track Matte or Mask | Premiere Pro 2021

Ever tried to reposition a cropped image, but Premiere moves the crop as well? Here’s how to move an image INSIDE a crop, track matte key or mask.
This method is very useful if you are creating black bars around an image, and you want to adjust the video without affecting the crop effect.

Thanks, I've been looking for this exact thing for a while but it's not intuitive to search for. It would be easier if the crop tool had a locking function or something.
