One of the best core workouts I've ever done! An amazing workout without getting repetitive and without a million crunches or just holding a plank the whole time. Awesome sequences and I actually feel energized throughout my whole body too!! ❤❤❤

The wrist stretch really helps - I play baseball and cricket, and sometimes when I’m bowling or throwing, I get pain on the bottom of my wrist. This has strengthened it and given me extra velocity!

I love all of your classes. This was the first time I have ever done the roll-ups with legs wide and wholly cannoli! I struggled in that one. Obviously a set of muscles I don't target often. Wow. Thank you for always showing us new things. You rock!

I strained my back and pectoral muscle over the weekend and was in pain up until today. Completing this workout just a few days later has lessened my pains significantly. It's shows just how amazing and beautifully effective Nicole's workouts are. I can't say thank you enough Nicole 🥰🙏!

the first time I did this class it was sooooo difficult but coming back to it again it felt much more doable! I have an imbalance in my core that favors my back muscles so I really appreciate this targeted ab workout! you’re the best ❤️

I have been following you for two months. It was difficult for me at first. I was taking a break from the videos and continuing. Now, sometimes I do without a break. Two subjects impressed me a lot. This was difficult yet calming. Those yoga stretches along the way and at the end, were very much appreciated. I have always hated doing abs or core because I used to hate feeling like I was torturing myself.
