CLIP DESCRIPTION:
McCoy (Chuck Norris) manhandles a trio of skinheads when they make a ruckus at a restaurant.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
This confused sequel -- bearing many names in the credits: Delta Force 2, Delta Force 2: Operation Stranglehold, Delta Force 2: The Colombian Connection -- to the first Delta Force movie lacks the nightmarish collection of guest stars gracing the first film, i.e. Hanna Shygulla, Martin Balsam, Shelley Winters, George Kennedy, and Joey Bishop. Chuck Norris, however, returns as Col. Scott McCoy, a man in a blue funk because notorious drug dealer Ramon Cota (Billy Drago) arranged to have McCoy's partner and his partner's wife and baby brother killed. Cota has also kidnapped three DEA agents to boot. Even without Lee Marvin, Col. McCoy wants to enact biblical vengeance upon Cota and his cartel. As a result, McCoy and his marines travel to the Latin American dictatorship of San Carlos. There they destroy half of the country's cocaine supply and proceed to search out and destroy the evil Cota and his minions.

I drove past his ranch near college station and I saw a cowboy riding past, with all the gear, silver pistol, rope, horse and stetson. He tipped his hat at me. He was a black guy. Coolest day ever. Love TX

The Norris style always looks so smooth. No extraneous waving or dancing, just effective attacks. Chuck always showed that in actual competition as well.

We don't have punks like this around anymore. This breed died out in the late 80's, early 90's. Bronson, Eastwood, Norris and the like took care of them so we could have the carefree lives we live today. When have you ever been harassed at a restaurant, alleyway or in a subway? Never? That's what I thought.

Mr Kwan here (a Vietnamese character) is no other than our very own Filipino actor Augusto Victa. He's a good actor. There are lots of Filipino actors in this movie. If I am not mistaken, many scenes in this movie were shot here in the Philippines.

When I was a kid, probably around 1982-83, I was living in Gary Indiana, and was waiting to get a movie ticket with my grandma, and this guy started yelling at the girl in the ticket booth... Like crazy cussing and yelling, and this other guy, with a red beard and everything, came up behind him, grab his shoulder, spun him around and slapped him in the face... real real hard.... lol.. the cussing guy just grabbed his cheek and ran off... Met good ol Chuck in Dallas for a convention, he was a former Air Force cop and me being a Security Forces airman, I brought two berets for him to sign. One for me and one for my unit, i handed him one and he said, "This for me? Thank you." I didnt want to say it was actually for me so I let him have it as a memento to the changing career field he was a part of. He signed my other beret and I returned it to the unit, where my leadership was excited i got to meet a legend.
