Akhanda Yoga is pleased to present our first instructional yoga DVD (October 2004): Join Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishva) in this lush Canadian setting for an hour of yoga to the elevating sounds of Indian classical music. This all-levels program has been designed to inspire intermediate students, while nurturing beginners with its special section of assists and modifications. Vishva introduces a balance of techniques with several pranayama (breathing) practices, the sun salutation, and postures in all of the directional movements of the spine, massaging the glands and balancing the chakras from root to crown. He closes the class with a soothing relaxation and meditative breathing.

Can you do this practice before sunrise ? as sunrise here in England is 6 am and not enough time before I have to go to work . thank you for all your teachings , I have been doing yoga for many years but life has brought me to you, I am really benefiting from your knowledge , it’s deep and very healing 🙏 🧘‍♀️🙋‍♀️ Namaste

I love this practice it’s so blissful but there was an ad during savasana what wasn’t ideal.. hopefully you can change :)

Pranayama practices such as Abdominal breathing, Slow Speed Anuloma Viloma, Bhramari Pranayama will be beneficial for you.
