Wow, you’ve been on your own for a while. I didn’t realize you were so young when you started out. It does feel nice when you can save and get what you really want, not settle. Little things like a washer/dryer can be deal breakers. Love you decorating sense. It feels like home

your intro !! your vid shots !! the editing all impeccable like ive seen your on camera presence but I don't think ive seen it outside of anime talk space and im just hooked all over - anyways CONGRATUALIONS its not easy at all just like you stated and I can't wait till you post the video of moving into a bigger apartment !! Loving your vibe. NYC living ain't no joke. I'm a broker and that $1400 will get you a whole house in my area. Washe, dryer, dishwasher.. not common??? Wow! Congrats on your new space and budgeting for it.
