Thank you for sharing an explanation of statistics, weather, etc learning about North West Arkansas from you .. I’m so excited moving to Rogers this fall! Moving from Henderson NV to Rogers bc family lives in Bentonville AR .. my son and daughter in law relocated from Virginia bc, visiting them in Bentonville.. so impressed with this town to watch my grandchildren raised here, I had to move to this beautiful town! Moving into an apartment first in Rogers.. I’ll decide where to buy in 2026! Enjoy your KZfaq video, always looking forward watching, your videos are awesome 😊

I've heard the weather in AR described as bipolar. You have a great example of that, with a 40 plus degree difference in high temperature in 1 day. I saw that on Tuesday February 27, the predicted high temp. was 83 degrees, with a low temp that same night at 27, a 56 degree difference!

@@LivinginBentonville I left Denver two years ago and made the big mistake of moving to Springfield, MO. I'm retiring from my job here in six months and trying to decide where to move. I'll drive down there one of these days and check it out.

Very helpful info. Thank you for video. From my research your info is right on. Moving tips super helpful. NWA is not our direction. Want rural acreage. So we are looking for hobby farm type situation. Wish me luck.

I'm in Pine Bluff, we have been getting quite a few house calls from people moving here from all over. Cheap housing is a draw here.

I am planning to relocate to Arkansas soon (September 2024). I will rent first then buy something later, depending on affordability. I hear Pea Ridge, Bella Vista are two of the most affordable areas. Thank you for all the information. :)

Thank you very much for sharing this precious information. Anthony, is healthcare very expensive out there? Is there free service or is everything paid for? Another thing, I will work at "SW Regional Airport Blvd" are the houses for rent in that area very expensive? (for 3 people to live)

I’ve come to learn that healthcare costs are subjective to the individuals specific needs. I would encourage you to go to forbes.com and check out their cost-of-living calculator and they will break down the healthcare costs. I believe if you dig further into the website. As far as rentals, we are typically seeing $1.10 to $1.25 per square foot as a example in our region for rentals. I hope that’s helpful :-) thank you so much for watching and reaching out.

What made yall decide the homeschool route verses public schools? Looks like bentonville has highly rated schools. We’ve thought about doing the same as well, but unsure of that transition.

Correct. Bentonville schools are ranked very high. We started schooling from home during Covid and it fit our schedule so well with me selling Real estate It made sense to keep on going. We love to travel as well, and so it’s easy to take school with us and travel when it makes sense for our schedule versus when we have time off of school. Also, our daughters are a couple years ahead in math and some of the schools wouldn’t work with us and the girls would have to have gone at grade level for their math. We actually have applied to go to a private school next fall… Probably more than you need to know but you reached out :-). Thanks for watching.
