I really apreaciate the video, and am actually planning on coming out in a couple weeks to look around to decide if we want to move here. One quick recommendation, please stop doin the hey everybody part, or say it differently. It is not my favorite part of your videos. I understand trying to be friendly, maybe just say it with a different tone. Great content keep up the good work.
