I just made it. Its awesome! I used brioche buns. Very simple, delicious and leaves you feeling light but satisfied. I was thinking doing a version with a bit of pesto on the bun before the cheese and salami. I LOVE IT!

As an Italian, this is a staple to impress my foreign friends. Strangely it is unknown worldwide but it is the easiest thing! Use loaf bread 🍞 for best result :) Also after the egg I deep them in flour or bread crumbs.

I’m a truck driver and I loved taking some deli ham and cheese put it on bread or a roll and put it in a cheaply little George Foreman type press electric , it really enhances the flavour of meat and cheese and gets crunchy on thenoutside
