The grinder come with 83mm conical burrs, the shape and design in “C” shape the burrs base is the one which rotate and the main burrs is stand still, amazing grinding experience where it start from Turkish to cold brew grind size , the dosing ring come with magnetic and need some adjustment on design due to unstable inner valve, the finishing in the grinder unique, there is below circle where it can hold grind coffee inside and not spill all around the table, the grinder motor is very powerful and come with speed start from 90 to 150 , i have tried to use light roast coffee with the speed “90” and i have added the beans before starting the motor is amazing and not chopping, if you start the motor you can’t change speed while motor running so you have to stopped it then change speed then start it again
