I LOVE your videos. They’re not crazy group rides, they’re not wheelies every other comment. You always speak to safe riding. I’m a female e-biker. I bought the Lectric during the 2020 shut down. I like the bike, but I’m really looking for something a little more sportier. So, I’m 5’1” 1/2 ( yep, I’ll take that half) and love the look of the step through Ariel. All that and my question is: Am I too short for that eBike? My Lectric is a step through as well and of course coming to a complete stop I have to leave the seat, but with the step through I am able to stand feet flat. That’s all. Thanks for the great content.

You’ll probably be standing to one side when you come to lights on the x class. The xxx talaria is shorter but not a step thru design. Also no pedals. So much leg room on that bike at lights. I’ll be posting the x class video in a couple days

I really love the KZfaq videos and you inspired me to pick up my first ever bike (talaria xxx). With the amount of riding you do on that bike do you ever find overheating an issue? I’m very new to the scene and you seem very experienced with pushing this bike. Have you ever had any concerns with heating issues on the bike?

nope just the onyx rcr has heat issues in 100 degree weather. still worked but went into limp mode and went very slow

I have a 2022 Tesla Model Y and it's OK and good for road trips/camping . Its my 3rd Tesla and its not that many (quality) steps below my old Model S or my ex-wife's Model X... Tesla is not known for their build quality like a Taycan, but they're fast, effecient, they look pretty good, and the best part is that you don't have to play ridiculous Saudi/Russian gasoline games anymore. Makes you feel super free (especially when you have solar panels on your roof to boot)... also just so you know the reason your videos are better than most other guys with ebike videos is (1) you have a good, coherent, tactile public speaking voice, (2) your sound recording level is not too low, (3) you personalize your ebike experience instead of just doing ridiculous unboxing with a half-hearted review, (4) you limit the annoying shaky camera POV nonsense that a lot of people on KZfaq think they need to do, (5) you throw in some customization ebike work content, (6) you limit silly catch phrases, etc., etc. etc.

@@MrCentralDriver When my daughters found out I was thinking about getting rid of my old 2018 Model S P100D and getting a Y they got me the performance model for my birthday, but I live in San Francisco where there's no place to really go fast and I kinduv only use a car to go out of town and do day trips... So if I had bought it myself, I would have totally gotten the Long Range (But I'm totally not going to complain about a new free car, Shun!)

have you considered instead of a separate office or storage in your backyard, making a workable shed in your back yard? you could use your own wifi set it up with ac or some sort of cooling unit and be able to customize it exactly how you would like. I know you probably still couldnt order food at any time but you could have people over and edit in peace or loudly leaving your mom in peace! idk just a thought! cant wait to see whatever you do end up doin! this would also free up garage space still!

At the end of the day the property isn’t mine and that sounds like doing a whole lot. The goal is to be away and not worry about noise and people coming and going. Being in the backyard that won’t change how it is now. I will be hopefully getting a shed for the bikes soon in the back so I can have more free space for the garage.

I also have an XXX. If you want your speedo to read accurately change your GR (gear ratio) to 1:7.5 it made mine within .5 mph. This will also not add extra miles to your bike that youre not actually riding.

Still no idea when kenewaba or luna will be coming out with a pedal kit so I'm making one and I'll try contacting you via FB or insta to send you a free pedal kit if you make a video on it and give me a shout-out. I'm mainly making it for my bike, but it's a lot of work to design and test, so I'll probably have extra manufactured and sell them. I'm guessing I'll have them available by the end of the month. I could do a power pedal kit but the main thing I care about is just being legal. I'll probably throw in a free rocker switch with wires and connectors for the governing wire. I think that sets you up for a pretty good legal ebike argument. It has working pedals, is speed limited, and the motor is artificially limited to 750 watts when the switch is flipped on.

Hey Mr. Central Driver how're you? I've recently bought my 1st ebike. It's a KETELES K800. It has dual 1000w motors, front and rear. It's a 21 speed Shimano pedal assist with a top speed of 35mph. My question to you is; do you know how to digitally hack the controller to disconnect the speed limiter? Currently where I live, in order for me to safely ride this ebike I need to be able to go faster than 35mph, and I can't afford any upgrades. Any help would be greatly appreciated.🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

@karlfonner7589 MY apologies for the late reply. At the moment I'm not able to give you a full assessment of this ebike. I'd tried to give it a test ride a week ago and it went horrifically wrong. I fell twice while practicing how to ride it. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot of my complex. The thing is is that I have a bad right hip. So whenever I come to a full stop and I lean on my righthand side I tip over. I'm in the process of making arrangements of being picked up and loading the bike on a pickup truck, so that I can safely practice on a low traffic street. This ebike is bigger and heavier than the picture lets on. It's over 100 lbs easily. I'll give you an updated review ASAP...🤙🏾

I would change that motor, I would bet the stock motor won't like 72v. There is a reason it only cost 3K.

@@MrCentralDriver Just the sound of that motor doesn't sound healthy. That buzzing sound would drive me nuts. What other bike motor makes a sound like that? It can't be just a chain sound. Maybe it's the controller they use, a cheap controller will make a motor sound loud. With it sounding so loud it would fit into the gas engine loud category as a weedwacker.

I get it bro it’d def benefit you to have that extra space especially for you peace of mind. You’d have a spot to have different company or business type situations over to. Could stay there if need be when not wanting to go to the house. More space to actually be able to function inside instead of outside or in the garage. I get it bro it’ll be for convenience all around and it’ll def still be helping you make money from being able to keep providing content also dude so it’s not just going to be a money pit or nothing. So I think it’s a good idea just a start off step towards having an actual studio/office space I guess. Go for it bruh make it happen and if it doesn’t end up working sobeit but at least you took a stab at it instead of never knowing. And I believe you should know pretty quickly if it’s going to be working out for the better or not🤷♂️Well that’s my take on it and I hope my opinion helps out some on the option you choose. Just do what you feel is better for you when it comes down to it dude✌️

This is in no way saying anything bad about Tesla. I hope not sticking my nose where it doesn't belong, but I would put off the Tesla for a while and stick with buying a house. Buying the car will put off buying a house for so long you may not be able to do it.. none of us are getting any younger. Even if you do get to buy a house by then, the car is probably going to be pushing its life span due to the battery. If you buy a house, it's going to make buying the Tesla cheaper. You will have a few years of house payments under your belt, and that will boost your credit rating and lower your interest rate, making a lower payment.

I don't think you should get a tesla when you already use an ebike. You will probably have lower emissions with a ICE car at home since EVs take a while to pay up their carbon footprint.

its not about lower emissions i could care less to be honest. i'm not 100% about everybody needs to go electric. Getting the tesla, I could make videos on it as its electric and my channel is all about electric stuff. Also I can haul my heavy bikes on the back with a hitch. my current car cant its too small & has smog coming up next year and it wont pass and i don't wanna deal with all that nonsense tbh. Just looking to upgrade to a nicer car overall as well.
