Gotta make the adjustment and have your defense play the QB on options. They will literally stare down the QB and still go after the HB if you don't.

Fire the defensive coordinator!!!! There is no reason the opposing team can run read option every 3rd and short and Kalispell doesnt know its coming and cant stop it.

Still seems like you're trying to fall behind and lose. 1. You're not throwing to wide open receivers. 2. You often throw to open receivers very late as if waiting until the receivers get closer to defenders. 3. You take sacks when it isn't necessary. 4. You often won't tuck the ball and run with the QB when there is an unprotected field of green in front of you. Concerning your sliders, when a Tulsa QB bowls over and drags 3 defenders, it might be time to adjust them a tad.

Ugh man, this game was an absolute disaster. This defense may as well change their name from the Warhawks to the Bulls, because they just get run on more than the streets of Spain. I tell ya, if I'm Coach Daniels, I may just use him at QB, Tailback, Receiver, and on the offensive line whenever I call X 42 Dribble Musket Cockroach Plasma Gun Nicaragua Shattered Shoelace; because with a guy like that, all he needs is to not have his teammates get in the way to reach the end zone.

Yikes. You want to be careful here. You won't make it past this season without getting fired if this keeps up. I know playing against better competition is good, but you also need to play some cupcakes when you're a cupcake yourself.

Few things to consider Cane: Offense 1) Pound the football, you have good running backs, use them. 2) Get outside that pocket early, Walker has the legs to give you extra time and see Brooks and Archer getting open downfield, as they've done quite well this year but haven't got the targets. 3) Use Whitfield. He can be thrown in on 2 and 3 TE sets and be of great use in the blocking and play action game. You could even throw Castillo on the outside to create a mismatch and have Whitfield and Williams as your TE's if you want. 4) Williams, Hawthorne and Castillo are getting too many targets, you have guys like Brooks, Archer, Daye, Evans and Caldwell in your WR depth chart, don't be afraid to rotate guys in and out more to keep the opponent guessing, spread that ball around. Defense 1) Stop calling zone plays, you call them too often. Mix it up with blitzes and man coverage. I know you can't really play man well right now but have safety's cover over the top to stop the big plays. 2) Schultz seems to be an out and out pass rusher and needs to be rotated in and out. In truth, I don't see how much you do that as your D-Line rarely make plays so let me know if you are doing this. 3) Calhoun needs to blitz more often. He's your best run stopper in the middle but is constantly in coverage. Other: 1) Despite the fact that you are right to be excited with your talent, judging yourself against Washington right now is a silly move. They have clearly gotten far better than when you played them in year one, I wouldn't be surprised if Washington scored 80+ and you didn't reach double digits in scoring yourself.

there was a chance in this game! i like when there's a smidge of hope. very surprised by the teams lack of fight early on. obviously cane isnt the best offensive player, he's defense through and through. So i'm not surprised by the missed wide open passes, it happens. not sure where to start for takeaways from this game. one stand out was the Roscoe off tackle runs! that's something!?!? Daye got a TD pass. The safety was the awesome...and lucky. D-Line looked slow motion out there. So lackluster. But goddamn Cane this is a great challenge for the channel and i still really enjoy the series.

even though I love me some Kalispell I have to say I saw this one coming. Tulsa is a very good small program and has been for years. President was a 4 star recruit who went to Tulsa instead of Baylor because of coach Montgomery.

Week one looked so promising. Week two was a tough loss, but the team still looked improved. This game... though.... ouch. Kalispell loves to take one step forward and then two steps backwards.

The problem with playing against Washington is that their core is also made of seniors since guys like Gaskin and Browning were sophomores in year 1, our core has evolved but so has theirs.

I don't think yall give Hurriicane enough credit. I've been watching him from the beginning and this is probably by far the most difficult team he's run with. It's not all him. I play NCAA 14 and it's difficult to run with a basically Division 2 school and build it from the ground up. Most 5 and 4 star recruits don't want to play there (hell, some 3 star), so you gotta work with the talent you can get. And the sliders may need adjusting a tad :)

Hey Cane, I enjoyed the game. Hang in there, this team has a lot more fire in them then they used to. I dont know if you can or not with this ncca game but if the QB is rushing a lot on options id have your guys focused on the QB instead of the RB, you can always pinch the line and put more guys in the box for the RB. #paydaye

Kalispell's linebackers are horrid. The CPU run blocking is OP and idk what the user INT slider is but it's not high enough lol 17-0 and 4th and 2, run a fake! In the past two games, Kalispell has allowed 5 incompletions total.

I would really like to see this offense put an emphasis on the run. Go power I and try to minimize possessions in games. Kalispell is simply not good enough to be running a spread attack which lengthens the game. Also, Jacoury Daye is a beast and needs 15 touches a game.

It's Year 3... I don't wanna sit through another season of mediocrity when the team is clearly better on paper. You need to adjust the sliders. AND PLAY DEFENSE. It's boring knowing that you have 0 impact on half the game.

I don't think I need to say it again about the defense, but I do have one thing I'd like to ask: Why wait until garbage time to put JR Battle in? In a game like this you may as well put Battle in and stop relying on Walker, because there was no way Kalispell was going to beat Tulsa with the option scheme considering the state of this lethargic defense. It would have been a good opportunity to see what Battle can do, but I can understand trying to protect him in case something happens to Walker. Just me though, I feel like I would have put Battle sooner rather than later and tried to use his arm to get the team back in the game. We at least managed to see Jacoury Daye light it up today as well, which was GREAT. Getting Daye to come to Kalispell was still the right move. But now Kalispell needs more speed on the defensive side as well as the offensive side. They're getting killed by these teams who are loaded with athletes, and I know with the way this defense looks right now, this "rematch" with Washington is probably going to be way more lopsided than the first game. And that's even WITH improvements.

Offensive sliders seems fine but the defensive sliders definitely need to get fixed. Defense keeps giving up too much plays and every play seems like a first down. It doesnt seem realistic
