30g Chopped Garlics 蒜末
60g Peanuts 花生米
100g Fried Shallots 油葱酥
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
1 tbsp Fish Sauce 鱼露
1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
◆ For Dough 糕皮食材 ◆/ 2 份👈🏻
700ml Water 水
1 tsp Salt 盐
300g Rice Flour 粘米粉
50g Sweet Potato Starch 番薯粉
70g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
3 tbsp Cooking Oil 炸葱油
