KANNADASAN is a GENIUS. Ucan get one vairamuthu in every 50 years can get one valli in every century but u can only get one KANNADASAN for every 600 years

@@nnachammainsivagami4177 sis, sorry I beg to differ and the reason is very clear and precise and that is Kannadasan is the only song writer in Tamil Film Industry to keep an assistant beside him ( Panju Arunachalam ) on most of his song composition. That is the sole truth and its really a shame and selfish on him to claim all the name,fame and credits for himself leaving behind his assistant Panju who also one way or another contributed for his song rendition. And our debate should be a clean debate without using harsh or words could hurt anothers feelings as we would not gain anything by the dispute and furthermore both are no longer alive. But I could proof to you that Legend Ayya Vaali & Kannadasan when they contributed for the same movie,it was the Legend Ayya Vaali's songs undeniably outclassed, outshined and entirely dominated over Kannadasan's songs. I could share with you one such example..and that was in the movie Server Sundaram ( 1964 ) all the songs were written by Kannadasan with the aid of Panju Arunachalam except one song which was penned by the Legend Ayya Vaali and that was ..Avalukkenna Azhagiya Mugam which outclassed all the rest of the songs written by Kannadasan. The song Ayya Vaali the Legend wrote spread like a Wild fire and became the Top Hit of Ayya Vaali's song in the year 1964. The movie was produced by AVM company and the owner could have asked Kannadasan to write that situational song but he did not instead he sent his workers one after another to asked Ayya Vaali to come and see him and finally when he was asked to write, he then cameup with that magnificient song and the rest is history. There are many many such examples I could share with you. My advice to you is do not blindly go and praise a guy who shamelessly kept an assistant beside him to write, guide and correct his mistakes as most of the time he is sober and he himself had claimed by saying Oru Kopaiyilae En Kudiyiruppu meaning he's addicted to alcohol and his next chorus was Oru Kolamayil En Thunaiyiruppu meaning he love the accompany of women and its such a disgrace of him and also selfish of him to claim all the credit for himself leaving behind his poor assistant Mr Panju Arunachalam with nothing. Last but not least do not blindly go and praise a poet who kept an assistant in Tamil Film Industry and just looked at the Legend Ayya Vaali the Kaaviya and Vaaliba Kavinyar who from start till the end is One Man Army and undeniably the undisputed King of poets so stop blubbering about the fellow Kannadasan. Hope you will change your idea after this. I rest my case.
