I LOVE fried potatoes! Adding the onions is always an added bonus! Growing up we had fried potatoes almost every night, my dad was a true meat and potatoes man! I personally don’t think you could make potatoes that I wouldn’t eat! I love potatoes in every way! Your dinner looks so good!

My mama made potatoes like that. She always used iron skillets. Her potatoes always tasted better. I think it was a combination of her cooking and the iron skillet.

Thanks for the vid. They look great. I make fried potatoes similar to this. My mom taught me to use bacon grease, I'll also chop up some onion and bacon bits towards the end so they can get soft but not burnt.
