I'm 68 and had invisilines a couple years ago. I did have braces in 7th grade but teeth shifted. I am so pleased with the outcome! I have beautiful straight white teeth again. I watch your videos every week!

I understand about the Invisalign... keep them in if you have to, we are ok with that! I, too had braces as an adult for purposes of saving bone ... I am long since over them, going on 8+ years now, but still use retainers nightly ... I wish you the best!!

I have that Walmart guaze button down shirt .. love it! I bought the seaglass (light aqua) color... what a great find ! Other stores carry it at a much higher price... Struggling with bras lately. Gained a little weight and knew a lot of weight went to my chest. Bought the Soma bra on sale ($29) and didn't realize I had gone up a cup size. I have a store near me so was able to exchange at store after being measured and being told I am now a D cup. Yikes! I ended up buying one in black too! Great support. Your recommendation of the Madewell sneakers got me hunting for a comfortable white sneaker. I've been looking but nothing felt good on my feet! I did not end up with the Madewells, but may I recommend Dr. Scholl's Time Off Platform sneaker!! I definitely had a bias in mind when I saw that brand name but, like many brands, they have modernized and actually have some cute trendy shoes....while also being extremely comfortable!!

The time predicted and the time I actually was wearing them were very different! Thankfully half a year shorter than first thought. I have a job where I have to talk up front an hour here and an hour there and popping them out for that didn’t slow down my progress. 😊

Thanks for another great video! I’ll be using your links to pick up a few more things. I empathize with your discomfort with the Invisilines. I had regular braces for four years because my mouth was a mess. I had to start out with an “appliance “ to expand my palate. It was cemented in and I thought I would lose my mind before I started to adapt to it. There was excess drooling, inability to speak clearly and eating was a challenge. That was the longest 6 months of my life and I was working in a lab the entire time. If it hadn’t been “permanent”, I doubt I would have lasted the first week. Hopefully the braces will correct your bite. I wouldn’t wish an appliance on anyone. Haha

Thank you for sharing these follower favorites! As someone who wore Invizalign for a while and had to conduct several 90-min trainings, you really start to become used to them. I know it is super awkward at first, but stick with them as speech does start to become natural again. Best of luck on this journey!

You will get used to the trays and won’t hear the “s”s as much. I’m in week 20 of mine. Amazing how it changed my whole face.

You talk well with the Invisalign. I too had the Invisalign due to teeth grinding. I wore for 2 years, Took me some tome to adjust to speaking, so with events I knew I was going to have to talk a lot, I just popped them on and off. Keep with it, it is totally worth it. Marnie, the AirEssentials track pants (white stripe) has POCKETS! They are hard to snag because they run out so fast!!! I lucked into them recently and they are absolutely PERFECT!!!!! I suggested they might want to rethink this collection to include pockets (I’m sure they will listen, ha) since the track pants is such a major seller. WE LOVE POCKETS

Hi Marnie! I had the same situation with my teeth and had Invisalign a couple years ago (I’m 56 now). Trust me, you will get used to talking in them and nobody will notice. I’m a teacher, so I was talking a lot. I remember thinking, wow, there are too many s sounds in our language!

Oh Marnie!!! I just got Invisilign last Wednesday. I am having quite the week not drinking coffee and not eating on a schedule. 4 hours a day without them being in is a MAJOR adjustment. I’m 59, and I am questioning this whole adventure!!! Had braces in my youth and of course lost my retainer over the years. Good luck 🍀! Too late to turn bad now!!! I have presentations the next two weeks, so I totally know what you are going through. 😮

Yes! That’s what most Orthodontists say, however, mine told me 4 hours. I can barely stand that. I am a coffee drinker and wow that is HARD. 😂
