In the first case (#10), when she told the landlady, "I'm gonna need your brain cells to hold hands right now," I DIED! 😂 It cracks me up some of the things these judges say on the spot.

I remember one case where this guy sued his best friend for getting in a accident in her car and felt she should pay his medical bills because (his words) “she shouldn’t have let me drive her car” (mind you he never asked her to drive her car lol he stole her car keys)

For the last clip the reason why the plaintiff was well prepared is because she said on the show that she's a paralegal after Judge Milian asked her if she's a lawyer or works for a law firm because she talked sord of like a lawyer would talk in a court room when she was telling the judge her side of the story.

The mole removal case really bothered me, because Judge Millian told the woman it was a skin tag, that people pay good money to get skintags removed, and she should be grateful to the defendant for removing it. That is such a horrible attitude & takeaway. Just because some people pay to get a skin tag or mole removed, doesn't mean the plaintiff wanted it removed. And regardless of anything else, she had proof it was removed the day she went to the salon. There really wasn't a point going to the doctor, they wouldn't have done anything, except maybe cleaned the area and/or prescribed an antibiotic ointment. Neosporin is a lot cheaper than a co-pay, and life changingly cheaper than paying for a doctor appointment out-of-pocket. JM got that one wrong. I think $5,000 is a bit high, but she deserved something.

Wait, I'm confused, so she DIDN'T bail her out of jail? Just took out the $700 and kept it? Or took out an additional $700 as "payment"? For bailing her out?

She did bail her out. Bail is set to make sure the person shows up for court. If they do the bail is then returned. She took then returned money, calling it a payment

I put a deposit on a photoshoot but had to pull out from making a booking, she offered it back and I refused it. Saying that’s not how deposits work. Told her to keep it and use it for xmas

I love TPC more than any other court show, and no one can change my mind. It's a shame it may be cancelled. :( It's much better than Judge Judy, imo.

The woman at nr. 1 is clear case of ego/hubris where they try hard all the time to never be wrong. She caused a car accident and her mind in defense mode is like: "there is no way its your fault. It cannot be ever your fault because you never do or are wrong. "

@@TheGreekPianist I apologize to @MsMojo if that came off as rude. Not my intent. As someone with a name that is never pronounced correctly it's something that I try to be careful about with others. Her name is stated in every episode and is not that difficult to say. (And this is engagement on their videos so... it isn't harmful to the WatchMojo world.)

I got a horrible manicure once. A friend paid for me to get a full set of acrylics from her favorite manicurist. This woman used the tool without the filing tip attachment. Just the metal tip, plain. She cut all 10 fingers, several of them more than once.

Let's be honest the first case judge judy would of sided with the slum lord because she seems to hate renters or she will use her stupid you ate the steak analogy when it is over simplifying some situation. It's so funny to hear tenants on the people's court claiming they couldn't leave because they had no where to go but I guess they don't know you can go to homeless shelters and you can actually live in motels.

There are not enough homeless shelters to house everyone who needs it that are already living on the streets. Shelters can also be very uncomfortable and not necessarily any cleaner places where people’s belongings get stolen all the time. A lot of shelters require people to leave for the day and come back in wait in line at night and hope that they get a bed. A Homeless shelter is not a viable alternative for an unresponsible landlord or unaffordable housing. Not everyone can afford motels as option for housing. It can be difficult to find adequate housing even if you do have enough money to pay for it. Sometimes the competition for units is so bad that you can apply for many units (with good finances, credit, and references) and not get approved for them. It is also the landlord’s responsibility by state and local laws to maintain the property in a safe and sanitary manor. The renters do not have to leave the space due to a landlords carelessness.
