Mt Eisenhower - A NH 4,000 Footer

Күн бұрынHiking Mt Eisenhower was such a nice change of intensity compared to other 4,000 footers in NH with less miles and a more moderate climb. All the presidentials are quite lovely and this one doesn’t make an exception! Thanks for watching this video - I’ll post a link to this trail below for those that are interested.

Hey great video the whites are awesome, I have been on Eisenhower 4 times now and last Tuesday I was on Jackson and pierce. Have fun out there.

I've only gone down the Edmunds Path. I did it with a friend and our kids who were fairly beat at that point - felt like whipping rented mules to get 'em down to the parking lot. 😆 I'm due for another ascent of Eisenhower - I may have to return to this trail.

It really wasn’t bad at all - but when wet is another story. Haha - I know the feeling of having someone less than excited to carry on lol… The trail was a little tight in areas but not a bushwhack by any means. Easy ascent. Almost as easy as Pierce imo.

Such a great hike! I'm so glad that you make it OK not to push and possibly overextend. I sometimes feel that to be a 'real' White Mountain 4000 foot hiker that I need to hike more than I really need to and then it becomes work and not a fun outing. Also: were you hiking in jeans? Not judging, just asking... And thanks for posting the AllTrails link so I can add it to my saved folder!
