Night Time Plane Spotting at Manchester Airport - Terminal 1 & 2 Ground Movements

In the winter, the days are short and the nights are long. This means that it goes dark around 16:00 and we can get some of the early evening movements in the dark.
The top of Terminal 1's multi storey car park offers great views over the apron and of terminals 1&2.
We filmed this on December 22nd, which is the shortest day of the year.

Nice video. Who was the unmarked white aircraft? Also, why the difference in the way the two LH jets were pushed back?

its an air tanker MRTT without the military equipment on it, operating for TUI as one of their aircraft was tech. the first lufthansa had to make way for the jet2 and the other lufthansa due to the way the taxi way is and its a dead end. thanks for watching

Samuel Knight it’s most likely Thomas cook they have one on lease from air tanker who proved the Raf with that air frame we have two spare one Thomas cook leased one jet 2
