Muito boa a cozinha resguardada da visão geral do piso térreo, ao contrário desses projetos que juntam a sala num só cômodo e se bobear até o lavabo fica aberto pra todo mundo ver. A parte superior também é bem projetada, ampla e avarandada, o que valoriza a moradia. Me parece que as sacadas ainda contam com para-sóis pergolados retráteis, o que ajuda muito ao proteger os cômodos do excesso de luz e calor durante o verão. Espaços bem divididos e aproveitados demonstram o bom planejamento da obra, além do estilo moderno e ao mesmo tempo aconchegante.

Hi, i have a land 5 m x 21 m. Can you make 3 stories house, 1st floor is a house (2 bedroom) with large parking lot, 2nd is a rent room for 8 rent room apartement, 3rd floor is a gym center, cafee and barbershop.

Hi po just a new subscriber in ur channel po. Nice muji design po.. got to see that it is only 84sq meter lot po.so it might fit on a 8 x 11.5 lot po.. how.much will it cost for the design and building this house po. Can it be possible to have 3 bedrooms..thanks po.
